Hiking

Despite the numerous lootings, the chapel 'van de Engstraat' is still in use. Candles are regularly lit and it remains a place for appointments and meetings. The year 1890 is on the back of the crown that adorns the roof. However, the chapel is even older. The oak statue, Our Lady with the bunch of grapes, gave the chapel its name. It is kept in the Sint-Bavokerk in Zittaart. Hikers can relax on the benches or in the picnic hut. This is also a frequently used meeting place for people from the area.
