Running
One lap is about 1.3 km. In the southern section, there is a footpath and a cycle path. All around there are lawns, a climbing wall, benches and a fence to protect the lake and its inhabitants. There is only a large bathing area in the northeast and a small fishing area in the east.
In the southwest, the Spektegraben and thus the Spektegraben green belt branch off. One of two bridges on the large Spektesee then leads over this ditch.
Good for running, hiking, cycling, etc. Simply a beautiful circuit around the lake.
