The "Chemin de Fer de la Baie de Somme" travels from Cayeux-sur-Mer to Le-Crotoy, stopping at Saint-Valery-sur-Somme and Noyelles-sur-Mer. You can hop on or off in any of these cities. The railway line surrounds the bay and provides great views over the fields and marshes.

Hiking

The Chemin de Fer de la Baie de Somme is a unique experience that transports you back in time aboard historic trains. Managed by the Baie de Somme Railway Association since 1971, this railway network preserves the heritage of the journeys of yesteryear. Courses, such as “Entre Terre & Mer”, allow you to discover varied landscapes, from marshes to meadows, while enjoying local wildlife such as seabirds and salt meadow sheep. Journeys include stops at picturesque seaside resorts like Le Crotoy and Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, offering total immersion in the ambiance of the Belle Époque.
