Hiking

The water wheel is a small experience station by the idyllic stream, next to it stands a sky lounger. Just a few steps away, a memorial cross commemorates the deceased Marienweiher pilgrims. The pilgrimage tradition dates back a long way; the pilgrimage site Marienweiher is already documented in 1189. The Hollfeld foot pilgrimage has been documented in writing since 1827 and still leads today through the Kainachtal, Wonsees, and Kasendorf to Marienweiher.
