At 106.6 meters, the Jaberg in the Hilden Heath is the highest elevation in the former Düsseldorf-Mettmann district. The 13.2-meter-high Jaberg Tower is located on the hill. This observation tower was built in 1931 by the Franz Staat company. Unfortunately, the tower has been closed since 2018. Previously, you could climb up on Sundays and enjoy the panoramic view.
