Because the roundabout on the N208 is practically on the border of Liedekerke and Affligem, both municipalities, as good neighbours, decided to embellish this place with a work of art. The choice fell on a work by sculptor Patrick Van Craenenbroeck: four statues, referring to the four roads that end at the roundabout along the N208.
