A technology test of whether and how a self-sufficient house on the water is possible. On some days (mostly weekends) someone from the Dresden Institute is on site to carry out maintenance and measurements.
With a bit of luck, he will have time and explain to visitors the various techniques for generating energy/heating/self-sufficiency, etc.

Idiosyncratic shape.
Everything is still in development, but nice to look at.

Great house, completely self-sufficient. Is operated by the university or similar as a research object.
