Hotel Europejski in Warsaw, built in stages between 1855 and 1877 according to the design of Henryk and Leander Marconi. Considered the most luxurious in the city at the time. It resumed operations in 2018 under the Raffles brand. In the mid-17th century, the hotel was the manor house of Jan Oborski, the starost of Sochaczew, and in the 18th century, the baroque Ogiński palace. At the beginning of the 19th century, the property was purchased by a wealthy Warsaw carpenter, Ferdynand Gerlach, who set up a hotel there.
