We were there in July 2020, on a bike tour over the Ore Mountains. The lake was completely overgrown, full of algae and not particularly inviting. We would not have found it without the highlighting from Komoot.
We only wanted to take a break there, but then decided to go straight on because of the mosquitoes.
I don't think much of the idea of lighting a fire there in view of the past too dry summers! Way too dangerous!
