Hiking
Anyone walking or cycling through the Pays des Collines will discover many small brick chapels along winding country roads, forest edges and rolling fields. These brick chapels have been a familiar part of the landscape for centuries.
The simple chapels were built by the local population out of gratitude, for protection or as a sign of hope. Their typical brick facade, pitched roof and niche with a wrought-iron gate give each chapel its own character.
