The almost 100 m high telecommunications tower on the Atzelberg (506.7 m) is a landmark in the Taunus that can be seen from afar. Unfortunately, the wooden observation tower (Atzelbergturm) no longer exists. Unfortunately, it was destroyed again by arson in 2017 😢
