A charming lake, very picturesque and peaceful. It was created a millennium ago by a massive landslide that dammed the valley. It apparently has no inlets or outlets, although they are present, but underground.
A tour around the lake's perimeter can be done in just over thirty minutes.
A long suspension bridge was built to cross the valley to the north.
