It is a 35 m high and 54 m long metal construction, whose appearance changes depending on the intensity and direction of sunlight.
The golden fish is by the Canadian architect Frank Gehry, who has also worked on the Dancing House in Prague and the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, among others. It is considered the first structure designed using CATIA, a CAD system originating from aircraft construction.
