The Glenmore Highlands Trail follows a narrow, multi-use route through the hills above Kelowna’s Glenmore Valley. Some sections are steep, but the higher ground opens up views across the valley and surrounding neighbourhoods. The trail passes through dry Okanagan terrain, with grassland, rocky slopes, and patches of ponderosa pine along the way. This section connects into the wider Knox Mountain and Grainger trail network, giving you plenty of options to extend the walk.
