The Leaf Gardens spread across nearly 12 hectares beside the Terry Fox Fitness Trail, with six distinct spaces ranging from naturalized planting to food, sensory and seasonal gardens. Paths weave between the Indigenous Peoples Garden, Kitchen Garden, Sensory Garden, Performance Garden, Johnston Family Seasonal Garden and The Grove, making this one of the most varied sections of the loop. Most of the outdoor gardens are open year-round and free to explore.
