Set on the banks of the Tweet and Teviot rivers, Ednam House is a lovely hotel in Kelso. Sir Walter Scott once described Kelso as the most beautiful town in Scotland, which is reflected in Ednam House.
Built in 1761, the hotel is set amongst three acres of riverside gardens and houses an award-winning restaurant. Although it may stretch the budget on a cycling holiday, it is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy the sunshine.
