... is an unfinished new building for the two-track connection for passenger and freight traffic from Zossen via Groß Schulzendorf to Großbeeren. At the time of the Second World War, four large marshalling yards were planned in the imperial capital Berlin - one of them in Großbeeren. Via this connection from Zossen to Großbeeren, the freight traffic of the Dresdner Bahn was to be led directly to the marshalling yard Großbeeren. The opening was scheduled for October 1, 1940. But that did not happen. The work was stopped long before the first tracks were laid.
