Hiking
Margravine Sibylla Augusta had undertaken several pilgrimages to Einsiedeln in the Swiss canton of Schwyz and had a replica of the Einsiedeln Chapel of Mercy built in her slag-stone park in 1709. In 1715 she donated an identical chapel to Rastatt, probably as a thank you for the Rastatt peace that had been closed the year before.

The chapel on the edge of the Murg Park was built in 1715 and is modeled after the pilgrimage chapel Maria Einsiedeln in Einsiedeln.
