Unfortunately I had to publish the planned tour because something went wrong with the GPS signal today and nothing was recorded 🤷‍♀️ But the time is about right, just under 3 hours with breaks 👍

Combine this with a visit to Barga itself. There's free parking in Barga itself (Sept '23), you can start this tour from there. The footpath up to Sommocolonia is good underfoot. Substantial parts of it is paved. As with nearly all Tuscan hilltop town/village the views out over the hills, peaks and mountains are stunning. You'll find a surprising connection …
