The Margelchopf with its 2167 m above sea level is a worthwhile destination for experienced hikers, alpine experience is necessary, not only because of the altitude difference. Well secured, the last few meters can also be climbed on ropes.
A wonderful panoramic view over Alpstein, Churfirsten, Alvier chain and Liechtenstein...
And as a reward we found Edelweiss on the west …

We didn't quite reach the summit because there was still a lot of snow to climb.

Such a wonderful privilege to do such a tour in the middle of the week with such beautiful weather and great snow. It was just wonderful ☺️

Today for a change on Schuster's rappen. Garmin has parked on the summit, it was the same way back anyway..

Dear Michael, I was very happy that we finally managed to go on a hike together and that you showed me the Margelchopf! 🥰🥰🥰Thank you very much! Also for the interesting and profound conversations!😉🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

A short evening hike to Margli, since there's not much work to be done at the office at the moment. What more could you ask for? 🌞🌞🌞
The route was already very manageable without snowshoes, and the summit climb was almost snow-free. On some footsteps, you sank deep into the snow. If a rock was just nearby, your knee pain …

Unfortunately, the weather wasn't quite as vibrant as the morning's atmosphere, and to be honest, the mountains currently look more like spring; dotted with lots of brown patches 😆. Not my favorite sight, but the peace and quiet today was all the more beautiful for it 🥰🫶♥️.

A short tour to Margelchopf. I thought I would leave the snowshoes in the car today and just put on the crampons. I definitely regretted that today. It was OK, but it would have been better with snowshoes. It was still a dream today. Mega warm and perfect. 🤗
