The Lanser Alm consists of an ancient, renovated stone hut with a cozy room and a beautiful terrace. The small alp offers a spectacular view of the Nordkette on the opposite outskirts. Of course, there are delicious meals such as dumplings and other Almspezialitäten.

The Roman Catholic parish church of Sistrans is located on the northwestern outskirts of the municipality of Sistrans in the district of Innsbruck-Land in the state of Tyrol. The patronage of St. Gertrud von Nivelles subordinate parish church belongs to the deanery of Wilten-Land in the diocese of Innsbruck. The church and the cemetery as well as Widum are listed monuments.

A church was mentioned in a document in 1339. In 1694 the tower received a new spire, and in 1718 the tower was renovated. In 1727 a baroque conversion began, which was not completed until the beginning of the 19th century. In 1968 the church was restored on the outside and in 1975 on the inside.

Originally, Sistrans was a branch of the parish church of Patsch, which had been incorporated into the Wilten Abbey since 1259. In 1785 it had its own curacy with Lans, and since 1891 its own parish.
