Pont Waterfall

Highlight • Waterfall

We start from the convenient parking (m.620) just below the church of Taibon, via Brustolon along the Tegnas stream. We can follow a path on the right hydrographic side of the valley almost to Col di Pra (recommended only in summer), however, especially in autumn the valley is always very cold and in the shade and it is advisable to cross the bridge of the sports field and reach the main asphalt road. .
Following the main asphalted road at the bottom of the valley, we pass by the beautiful church of San Lucano and, with always gentle slopes, we reach the small village of Col di Pra. Four houses four and a beautiful water fountain.

The slope of the road becomes harsher, we cross a small bridge and reach the parking lot (a house) where there is a no-transit sign for unauthorized motor vehicles. The road continues still asphalted and steep slopes for a few hundred meters and then becomes a dirt road.
After a hairpin bend the slopes soften a bit, the ground is always excellent and you pedal enthusiastically through the woods to reach the fantastic Pont clearing.

Pont is one of those places that, on its own, repays all the efforts and sacrifices that are made to reach distant places to indulge our cycling and hiking passions.
It is a place that fills and makes the heart overflow with joy.
A beautiful waterfall, wonderful woods with all the color palette, especially in autumn, in the distance the gigantic bulk of the Agner marked by the north edge that rises with overwhelming and irrepressible strength for 1800 (one thousand and eight hundred) meters!
