August 31, 2024,44. Emssee-Lauf Warendorf - 10k

Today we had a family day-out at the 44th Emssee-Lauf in Warendorf. @Bettina ran a 5K, I did the 10K, and @Simon a half-Marathon.

And despite it being hard work, we all finished in (for us) very respectable times.
