For the former "Sportklub Traktor Oberwiesenthal" in 1970 a nature-free racing sled track was built for training purposes. It is 1100m long and consists of a half-shell tube and various outbuildings (for time measuring, etc.)
The sports club was dissolved in 1990. Since then, the track has been used more by mountain bikers than by tobogganers, and in winter this distribution can change considerably.

The route is lined with beautiful wooden figures, shelters, and playgrounds – boredom stands no chance here. A particularly lovely detail: the distances are often indicated along the way in "Kroku" (child steps). The short loop (5.6 km) is perfect for families and easily doable with a buggy or balance bike. 🎒🎁
