28 degrees around Tirana, with 70% humidity, and im sweating from my shins. Amazing city and always good to explore the green spaces.

A nice morning run, first 1.5 km through the streets of Tirana, which are already busy early in the morning, then a nice and well-kept recreational area with an artificial lake. Tirana is a city with many beautiful places. Only some parts are a bit run down. But you get the impression that we're constantly working to improve it.
