Started this walk at Vaujany taking two escalators up to the top of the village (intended for skiers to carry their gear back after a day on the slopes). From there we headed out onto the mountainside behind the village making our way up to Grand Beau Rocher with stunning views in all directions

This route, which took us 5h30 and not 2h, is largely under wooded cover but which leaves breathtaking views of the mountains all along your progression on the balcony on the eastern flank of the Rissiou massif.
