Still a bit chilly when we left, but getting warmer from St. Johann onwards. The outward journey took us via Erpfendorf to Kössen and the return journey took us via Schwendt and Griesenau (short beer break there), then the return journey took us via Huberhöhe and then on as on the outward journey.

Wonderful, a perfect lap for my racer, when you have managed the ramp at St. Johann, a brilliant road to Kössen awaits you. I still remember it as a vibrating track, but it has been renewed in recent years - it has become a fine motorway.

It is a really perfect route for a racing bike and a real recommendation. The route from St. Johann via Schwendt to Kössen is simply spectacular. The best asphalt, little traffic and also very varied.

The route goes back via Erpfendorf and Kirchberg to St. Johann, it is a well-developed federal road that is ideal for pushing through.
