I had completely forget that I signed up got a girls trio to the Lake District.
The time had arrived tho and I had to be ready.
I won’t lie, I wasn’t entirely following along of the plans for the weekend or the hikes so had no clue on the plan at all.
A baby-carrying hike up to the Wainwright summit of Latrigg. Clear paths all the way with some sections that are erroded and slippery. Comfortable walking shoes/boots are essential and poles may be helpful. There were cows near the summit but it was easy to bypass them. Pay and display parking at Crossthwaite (£4 all day) or honesty box at the …

Swapped two wheels for four paws, and a pre breakfast wander up Latrigg. Gloriously sunny morning. Some cracking tracks for the bike if I'd brought it.
