The first hike takes us down the Jubilee Trail towards Bad Ischl. This trail was opened to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Emperor Franz Joseph's reign.

We then climbed back up through the Rettenbach Gorge. A short stretch is quite worth seeing. Afterwards, we climbed up the gorge towards the Hoisnrad Alm past the Gamsofen Cave.
