October 30, 2024,Raukopf und Taubensteinhaus
The Raukopf lies quite inconspicuously between Jägerkamp, Taubenstein and Rotwand.

The Taubensteinhaus is not only a popular hiking destination in summer, but also in winter for ski tourers.

Today we took the Taubensteinbahn cable car downhill, which was easy on the knees.

It was funny to see the people who came towards me at …

The weather promised good visibility today and so we went up the mountain 🗻 again.
It started from the valley station of the Taubensteinbahn at Spitzingsee. The goal was the upper Maxlrainer Alm at 1500m.

Beautiful round trip to the Taubenstein from the Spitzingsattel. In the forest between Schönfeldalmen and Taubenstein, a few fallen trees blocked the path. There were a few snow fields between the mountain station and the summit. At the top, you are rewarded with a wonderful view.
