A lovely discovery of the Vaud Alps. This route offers no technical difficulties. The climb to the Col de Bretaye is steep, but on a paved road. Beautiful scenery, numerous refreshment stands and mountain restaurants... what more could you ask for?
I found a small, free parking lot at my starting point on the Col de la Croix road.
