Highlight (Segment) • Trail

The Dawlish to Dawlish Warren sea wall which has been put in place as a sea defence during the winter months also acts as a path which links the popular tourist destination Dawlish Warren to Dawlish town centre. A beautiful walk when the tide is out.

This is a good vantage point from which to watch and photograph the trains running between Teignmouth and Dawlish. It's a great rail route, both as a rail traveller and as a walker on the South West Coast Path.

Except for two short climbs, it was flat today. An unspectacular tour, mostly between the sea and the railway line. Two ferry rides brought some variety 🛥😊
