August 13, 2024,Early Morning Run & Sea Dip

All peace and tranquility this morning...until I realised I lost my car/house keys! Spent the rest of the morning stranded in Seaham. Until my dad picked me up so I could burgle my own house to get all spare keys 😄 🤣.
