Today very comfortably in Esting along the Amper 😊.
On one side of the Amper there is an outdoor workout for young and old 😁💪, from wobbly balancing, slackline and push-ups, and from flank jumps, pull-ups, torso circles to stair running 😅. And and and..... 👍😃
