Good easy steep(ish) walk up for views of the bay North past Bray, Shankill and to Dalkey Island and Howth in the distance.

A short rocky little scramble on your running route to put in a skip of excitement to your trail run. Be careful in wet weather.

Bray Head Summit

Highlight • Summit

Situated right next to the coast, Bray Head offers great views of the coast, the Dublin and Wicklow Mountains inland, and the town of Bray itself. It's and easier climb than some of the surrounding peaks, so a very nice day out indeed.

Sugarloaf car park

Highlight • Parking

Useful car park with a cool stone arch at the entrance and amazing views of Sugarloaf Hill. Be careful if you're in a really tall vehicle, but otherwise it's a great starting point to explore the area.

Great Sugarloaf Car Park

Highlight • Parking

Large car park but restricted by the imposing stone arch entrance. I had a Mazda Bongo and that was fine. I think a a VW/Ford transit would be okay as long as they are not semi or high tops.
Great views of and access to Great Sugarloaf from here.
