Finally, the weather was right for us to get on our bikes. Since we were short on time and hadn't planned a tour, we cycled from Plankstetten Monastery along the MD Canal to Hilpoltstein. One way there and back the other. It might be boring for some, but for us, it was absolutely relaxing, even though we've ridden this route …
