September 4, 2024,Cheesden Lumb Mill – Washwheel mill chimney loop from Walmersley

An interesting hike that turned out different to the one i reconnoitered a week or so ago. A mill building and chimney in the middle of nowhere. The workers must have lived very near their workplace. Sadly the mouse was not in good health i picked him up off the road and placed him on the banking. Keith.
