Took a longer lunch break and today made up for the training I missed yesterday before heading straight to swimming training 🏊🏻.

The route is great to ride. Unfortunately, due to the weather, the asphalt was more gravelly with too many leaves, sticks and fruit.

Still a lot of fun! Even though 19 degrees felt chilly.
