Leaving Tegernsee behind for a while was good for the route. A super-flowing section from Bayrischzell to the Zipflwirt. Then through the secluded Kloo Ascher Valley, always along a gurgling mountain stream, the route becomes increasingly steep. At one point, at the switchback, there's a short push section.

Great route, even though it was a great Sunday with great weather and of course there was a lot going on at the popular spots... Apart from two short sections, everything was under 10% and easy to ride.

The tour is simply too beautiful to go fast! But there is still a tough climb. Stop at the Albert-Link Hut
