September 17, 2021,🚶🏼‍♀️Die Arius Tour in Ruppertsweiler
After two days of sitting around, I ran the long-awaited Ariustour in Ruppertsweiler. Lots of rocks, narrow paths and two options for the hungry, the forester's house Beckenhof and the PWV hut Starkenbrunnen. Both were quite well attended for a Friday morning.
The path is really nice to walk, the small Mayflower rock with the small stairs and resting place …

Strenuous but beautiful. Thanks to hiking guide Harald.
We were lucky with the weather there. It rained heavily on the way home. Only a few drops on the way. Everywhere else it seemed to have rained all day.

Mostly on beautiful narrow forest paths.
Starting point for the hiking or passenger car park in Ruppertsweiler.
The first highlight was the small Maiblumenfels with a beautiful natural-covered seating area.
Finally there were two managed highlights, the Beckenhof and the PWV-Haus Starkenbrunnen.
We were spoiled for choice (finally the huts were open again) and chose the …

Inspired by Kauai, we decided to do the Arius Award Trail today. Best hiking weather, so it was worth the journey. Start was at the Forsthaus Beckenhof. The advantage of the leafless forest, there is a lot of light and great shadows. A small intermediate section through the village of Ruppertsweiler ... with gravel front gardens was not so nice, …
