The K5 down to Güls has been newly asphalted, HURRAY!!! I moved to Güls in 1996 and thought back then that the road could be built.

There are recommendations to climb to the Hatzenport plateau via the Schrumpftal valley. I can only recommend going the other way. The descent through the Schrumpftal valley to Hatzenport is fantastic.

Nice Sunday round with use of the Maifeld cycle path to Bassenheim. Top!

Wonderful 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞 unfortunately on the Mosel River🌬🌬

Despite the great weather, Aspelbachtal and shrink valley were not overcrowded (fortunately). The Maifeld cycle path was also pleasant to ride. A large number of cyclists and motorists only moved along the Moselle (that was clear). The ice cream at Gelateria Fabio was delicious and that's why the break there lasted longer.
