I have built up to doing this 5-6 times a week with a 22kg pack and have lost 7.5 stone over the last 6 months!

Really good regular walk for fitness, on a good day it can be done in 70 minutes with a heavy pack. Theres a couple of manageable but semi-challenging inclines to get your heart rate up …
