The calm before the storm seemed a good time of warm reasonable calm weather to take the Mercian and cycle the recently surfaced Water of Leith path.
A fine job it is too using recycled tyres seems to create a much smoother surface that tarmac, the new section is much much smoother than the canal from Slateford to A70 overbridge …
