Surprising walk through the nearby fortified town of Bergues. A round that, as so often, can be shortened or expanded according to your own creativity. Both in the area where the "Remparts" are and in the "Bois des Forts" there are still many paths to discover.

Beautiful winter walk with a paved section on the outward route to Bergues (especially after rainfall) and the return route mainly through the forest (Bois des Forts). Excellent lunch at Le Bruegel restaurant. Note: wear suitable footwear, as it can be quite muddy in some places.
