Today we escaped the fog☀️☀️☀️ and went on a nice little hike up to the Hörnle. Crampons are definitely an advantage, the path is a bit icy in parts, especially in the forest. We had a cold drink at the hut as the sun was setting🌄 and then we went back into the fog🙈

In full sunshine and -5C and powder snow we enjoy the wonderful view over the Alps. The pistes are empty, only a few ski tourers are out and about. We go up the edge of the piste and often break into snow holes. Once at the top, the effort was worth it.
