After breakfast we decided to pack our hiking boots and off we went towards Gernrode in the Harz Mountains. Was parked at the Roseburg (free) and then across the street and into the forest. Very nicely signposted. So you can't get lost.😃😉
Komoot simply sorted the pictures again against my will. It was a very nice hike.👍😀🙋‍♀️

The tour began with a visit to the Roseburg near Ballenstedt. We were surprised by the architecture and the different designs using concrete as a building material. We then went through the Sieberbachtal to the small and large Siebersteinteich ponds. The way back led past the gigantic greywacke quarry.
