The Spitzingsee is a dream and can be ridden as a stop on a three-lake tour together with the Schliersee and Tegernsee. The connection between Tegernsee (Rottach-Egern) and Spitzingsee is formed by the beautiful Valepp toll road. One of my personal highlights, which I ride regularly. Absolutely brilliant!

On the tour, you should definitely pack a wind jacket for the various descents! Especially if you go up to the alpine pastures above 1,400 meters and along the Valepp.

Great tour with Wolfgang (followed by our guide Andreas) on rain-soaked roads, but the weather quickly improved. Stops at the Forsthaus Valepp (good, but forget about the non-alcoholic Tegernseer) and at the best café in Brannenburg 😁
