8 weeks since I was last out on my bike - longer than I was out of action after the pothole incident last year! Easing myself back in with a flat as a pancake pootle along the NCR 7. Snowdrops, crocus and even daffodils out... spring is springing 💐

I knew it takes me about an hour to get to the Starbucks in Johnstone following the cycle route along the river, so I reckoned I'd have enough time to meander there, scran an overpriced bacon roll and coffee, then head back before the rain started. And I did!
