Heaven's Gate Sculpture, Longleat

Highlight • Structure

This is a great meeting spot right at the top of Windhill Bike Park. Follow the fireroad down the hill to the right of the road (if coming into Longleat) and the park is on your left.

Gordon's MTB Trail

Highlight • MTB Park

'Gordon's' is best ridden after a dry spell, currently running sweet before popping out in the Windhill Car Park.

Heaven's Gate Viewpoint

Highlight • Viewpoint

One of the best local view points. There is a big grassy area and benches overlooking Longleat and Somerset. Perfect spot for a picnic.

24.0 km

Climb up onto The Ridge and sprint through the trees. Just watch for the drop at the end to return to the fire road.

5

25.7 km

A couple of local trails just to the side of the fire road.

Shearwater Lake

Highlight • Cafe

Beautiful lake surrounded by woods full of trails

Tip by

7

40.1 km

It's cute but the descent off the top is overgrown and rutted. Pick your line carefully. Sheep in the valley itself so go slow.
