Oakfield Lane is a nice long run down into Batheaston but the road surface on the upper section is poor, it's single track and cars do use it so be careful. If you don't like steep hills don't turn onto Solsbury Lane in Batheaston. A flat option would be to carry on to Batheaston Gardens, cross the river and head …
